Provides the ability to transfer WhatsApp chat history from iOS to Samsung mobile phones

 We remind you that WhatsApp was focused on offering WhatsApp users the option to transfer their chat history while moving from iOS to Android or from Android to iOS.


WhatsApp has made it easy for iOS users to transfer their chat history to a Samsung phone as a first step.


In order to use this option, in addition to an iPhone, it is required to have a Samsung mobile phone powered by Android 10 or 11.


WhatsApp also says that all messages, including voice chats, pictures, and videos, are never uploaded to WhatsApp servers during the whole process.


How to transfer chat history

WhatsApp iOS version 2.21.160.17 or later version.

The same phone number should be used on the old iPhone and the new Samsung smartphone.

First, switch on your latest Samsung smartphone and connect the Samsung device and iPhone with the USB-C to Lightning connector.


You will then be asked on your new Samsung mobile which app you wish to connect the USB device to, and pick the SmartSwith App from that app.


Once the app is selected, the Connecting process will commence and you will need to click on "Trust connection" on the iPhone and click "Yes".
